We're looking for a Brand (Graphic & Digital) Designer to join our creative team. Whether you're already working in brand design or you're a strong graphic and digital designer ready to grow into it.

If you're an established brand designer, you'll find a diverse client roster and the creative challenge of working across industries, from airlines to eateries. If you're coming from a graphic or digital design background, this role is built to help you take that next step — learning to think strategically about visual identity, not just execute it beautifully.

Day to day, you'll be working across brand identity, graphic design, and digital content for a diverse client roster spanning industries, from airlines to eateries. That means everything from designing social media assets and marketing collateral to contributing to brand identity projects and creative campaigns. You'll be expected to bring ideas, develop your creative thinking, and grow into a designer who understands the why behind every visual decision.

If you're the kind of designer who has opinions about typefaces at dinner and notices when a brand has lost its way, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build brand identities from concept to delivery — logos, colour, typography, and guidelines that actually get used

  • Design social content, campaign assets, and creative that earns attention rather than just filling a feed

  • Produce across print and digital — brand guidelines, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and event materials

  • Bring visual thinking to the start of projects — mood boards, references, and creative territories — not just execution at the end

  • Collaborate closely with the Design Lead, taking and responding well to creative direction and feedback

  • Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint while developing your eye for when and how to push boundaries

  • Contribute ideas and creative energy to the team — this is a role with room to grow into

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of brand and graphic design experience, agency-side preferred

  • A portfolio that shows brand thinking, not just polished executions — we want to see your process

  • Solid command of Figma and the Adobe suite — Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop are daily tools here

  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Productive, Asana, Monday.com)

  • A good communicator who can take feedback openly and articulate their creative thinking to the team

  • Self-directed and deadline-driven — you manage your workload without needing to be chased

  • Genuinely curious about brands, culture, and what makes creative work connect with real people

  • Prior agency experience is a strong plus

  • Proofreading skills are a bonus

  • We value attention to detail
