Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager is the senior client lead responsible for developing strategy, guiding execution, and ensuring strong performance across all marketing initiatives. This role bridges strategic thinking with day-to-day campaign oversight, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned, effective, and continuously improving.

Working closely with internal delivery teams, the Campaign Manager leads client relationships, defines campaign direction, and ensures that all work delivered meets both strategic goals and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities


Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for client accounts

  • Lead regular client meetings and present campaign performance and strategic recommendations

  • Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring campaigns remain aligned with client goals and expectations

Campaign Strategy

  • Develop and evolve marketing strategies across multiple channels including social media, email, paid media, video, and content

  • Define campaign goals and guide execution in collaboration with internal teams

  • Lead campaign planning and contribute to ongoing brand and marketing strategy development

Creative & Campaign Oversight

  • Review and approve briefs for creative, video, and marketing deliverables

  • Ensure campaigns maintain a consistent brand voice and high level of creative quality

  • Provide strategic direction for social, content, SEO, and marketing initiatives

Performance & Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and review reporting data

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively adjust strategy where needed

  • Present insights and recommendations to clients in a clear and actionable format

Collaboration & Delivery

  • Work closely with internal delivery teams to align strategy with campaign execution

  • Maintain visibility into all account activity while delegating day-to-day coordination where appropriate

  • Support campaign launches, initiatives, and key marketing activities as required

Account Growth

  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase the value delivered to clients

  • Collaborate with the sales team on account development and growth opportunities

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or agency account management

  • Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategy, analytics, and campaign performance measurement

  • Experience presenting strategy and results to clients or stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical executi
