Senior Insights Analyst

We're looking for a Senior Insights Analyst who thrives on turning data into strategy. This is a client-facing, strategic role where you'll work independently to drive data-driven decisions for our clients, partner closely with our Campaign and Tech Team, and present insights that directly influence strategy and budget allocation.

If you love diving into analytics platforms, uncovering insights proactively, and presenting findings that change how clients approach their marketing.

What You'll Do

  • Own analytics setup and management across Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics, and tag management systems for multiple client accounts

  • Proactively identify opportunities by analysing campaign performance, market trends, and competitive intelligence

  • Create and present monthly/quarterly client reports with strategic recommendations that drive measurable ROI improvement

  • Partner with the Campaign Team to provide data-driven guidance on strategy, optimisation, and budget allocation

  • Partner with other internal teams to offer data-driven guidance on strategy, optimisation, and conversion optimisation as the business needs

  • Build dashboards and automated reports that empower teams and clients to make faster, smarter decisions

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on customer journeys, attribution, segmentation, and campaign performance across all channels

  • Present insights directly to clients with confidence, translating complex data into clear, actionable strategies

Requirements

Must-Haves:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, digital analytics, or similar role

  • Proven ownership of analytics platforms: GA4, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager setup and administration

  • Advanced SQL skills and experience with data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift)

  • Strong data visualisation skills using Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools

  • Client-facing presentation experience: you can confidently present complex findings to stakeholders

  • Independent work style, comfortable setting your own priorities and delivering results with minimal supervision

  • Statistical analysis experience, regression, cohort analysis, attribution modelling, A/B testing

  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels: paid media, SEO, social, email, programmatic

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Python or R for statistical analysis and predictive modelling

  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce)

  • Familiarity with SEO and competitive intelligence tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, SpyFu)

  • Experience with user behaviour tools (Hotjar, Clarity)

  • Background in agency or consulting environments managing multiple client accounts

  • Certifications in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms

  • Experience presenting to C-level executives
