Overview:

The social media manager will play a pivotal role in the growth team at AirVu Media. In collaboration with the head of social and campaign managers, they will assist with client’s business goals and enhance our clients and our brand’s visibility, OKRs, KPIs, and engagement across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Ticket Management: Manage all social media tickets using our marketing agency software (Productive.io). Develop calendars of content using strategies from the Head of Social for each client, build out briefs aligning with client goals, and manage internal communications to produce content. Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create content that aligns with the strategy.

Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, video editors, and campaign managers to ensure content production meets campaign goals. Provide creative direction and communicate effectively with the creative team.

Time Management: Ensure deadlines are met and manage time effectively.

Social Media Management: Help manage social media accounts across all platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Copywriting: Assist with copywriting for each client, ensuring content aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our social media presence and drive results.

Community Management: Monitor customer feedback, respond to inquiries, and engage with our online community in a timely and professional manner.

Marketing Campaigns: Help plan and execute upcoming social media campaigns.

Customer Feedback: Monitor customer feedback and sentiment on social media platforms, and relay relevant insights to account managers for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience working with marketing agencies, either in-house or within a marketing agency.

• Strong copywriting skills.

• Good time management and ability to work under pressure.

• Understanding of how marketing agencies and client relations work.

• Experience in marketing agency internal communication management, including managing all social media tickets, using Productive.io or similar software, developing briefs from approved social media strategies, and coordinating content production with graphic designers and video editors to ensure alignment with client goals.

• Regularly updated knowledge of the latest social media trends.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Threads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest and YouTube.

• Forward-thinking mindset to plan campaigns 6 months in advance.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Creative and innovative thinking.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social.

Day-to-Day Duties:

Content Scheduling: Schedule all approved content (including stories) on Sprout Social in a timely manner, ensuring all appropriate handles are tagged.

Social Media Ticket Management: Help manage social media tickets using our marketing agency software (Productive.io). Build briefs from approved strategies that align with client goals, and manage internal communications to produce content.

Collaboration: Work with graphic designers, video editors, and campaign managers to ensure content production meets campaign goals. Provide creative direction and communicate effectively with the creative team.

Community Management: Engage and assist customers on behalf of clients across all social media channels, forwarding concerns or questions to the Head of Social when necessary.

Social Personas: Understand and study social personas for each client, aligning content production with client-specific KPIs.

Ad-hoc Content: Assist the Head of Social with last-minute client demands and execute briefs promptly.

Content Calendars: Help develop content calendars and annual strategies that result in happy clients and growing revenue.

Trend Monitoring: Monitor platforms for trending content ideas.

Competition Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitors to understand market activities.
