Who you are


We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to lead strategy, execution, and client relationships for our government and public sector accounts. In this role, you’ll manage high-impact growth marketing campaigns while ensuring the specific needs of regulated environments are met with clarity, compliance, and creativity.

You’ll collaborate across internal teams and external partners to bring campaigns to life—on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. You’ll also help coordinate technical initiatives that support client objectives, from digital tool integration to platform rollouts.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the day-to-day lead for government client accounts, managing communications, expectations, and campaign performance

  • Develop and implement growth marketing strategies across paid media, email, social, search etc.

  • Write comprehensive briefs and campaign plans aligned with client goals and KPIs

  • Analyze performance data to inform strategy and continuously improve results

  • Coordinate with internal teams—creative, tech, and strategy—to ensure campaign alignment

  • Support the rollout of client-facing technologies, tools, or platforms

  • Ensure all work is delivered within scope, timeline, and budget

  • Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and account growth

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in an agency, tech company, or high-growth environment

  • Must have experience or background in the public sector or regulated industries

  • Must have demonstrated success managing client-facing marketing projects

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and performance metrics

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal

  • Proven ability to navigate complex or regulated environments with professionalism

  • Experience working with government clients is highly desirable

  • Ability to collaborate across technical and creative functions

  • Organized, self-directed, and solutions-focused


Your Responsibilities


Marketing insight
Remain up to date with the latest marketing trends.

Growth marketing

Lead all aspects of growth marketing campaigns, email marketing, social, paid media, paid search, traffic and conversions. Develop tactics to scale and lead the charge with creative, out-of-the-box thinking. Constantly stay up to speed on emerging trends and tactics to bring to our clients.

Client excellence

Review and analyse client contracts, renewals and KPIs regularly to ensure client goals are met. Ability to build strong long fastest client relationships.

Analytics

Work closely with and manage data and analytics team members to get a clear picture of campaign performance and where optimisations can be made. Update campaign strategy and oversee creative implementation with our content team.

Leadership

Working with team members across the entire agency, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to your team.

Teamwork

Constantly look to improve our internal practices and workflows to ultimately deliver efficient, seamless marketing plans to our clients.

Preferred Experience


Experience with SaaS or digital product campaigns

Familiarity with project/agency management tools such as Productive, JIRA, ASANA etc.
